Delivery
Despatch and Delivery Times
- Orders are usually despatched within 2 working days.
- Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday can arrive the next working day, subject to DPD's schedule.
- Orders to the Highlands may take up to 3 working days.
Delivery Charges
- UK Mainland: Standard delivery is £4.99 for all orders, with the exception of dog treats which are charged at £1.99.
- Highlands: Delivery is £6.99 for orders up to 24kg and £13.99 for orders above 24kg.
Failed and Refused Deliveries
- Failed and refused deliveries are not eligible for a full refund.
- If you refuse the delivery of your order or if all delivery attempts fail, you are responsible for covering the return shipping fee of the refused delivery.
Returns
Conditions for Returns
- All items must be returned ‘as sold’ – in a resalable condition, unworn, in original sealed packaging (bag and box), and without any damage.
- Items must be returned within 14 days after the order date.
- We do not offer partial refunds on items such as Treats. These are considered to be one single unit, and if one individual bag has been opened, we cannot accept a return and refund.
- If a returned item fails to meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Refunds
- Refunds exclude our cost of shipping which we paid to deliver the box to you.
- Return shipping is to be covered entirely by the customer.
- We do not offer the option to exchange items at the moment.
