By joining our Dog Food Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. This agreement outlines the responsibilities and expectations for affiliates and governs your participation in the program.

Approval or Rejection of Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.

Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promotion: Affiliates must use only the promotional materials provided by our company and may not alter them in any way.
• Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and ensure their promotional activities are ethical and legal.
• Accuracy: Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep this information updated.

Commissions

• Rate: Affiliates earn a 5% commission on all qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
• Payment: Commissions are paid monthly. Only transactions that are successfully completed and not subject to chargebacks or refunds will be eligible for commission payments.
• Self-Referrals: Affiliates cannot earn commissions on their own purchases.

Promotional Restrictions

  • Engage in spamming or mass unsolicited communications.
  • Advertise on sites promoting illegal activities or inappropriate content.
  • Post affiliate links or codes on coupon or deal sites without prior permission.
  • Use their affiliate links on our official social media channels or forums.

Termination

Your participation in the affiliate program may be suspended or terminated for:

• Violating any terms of this agreement.
• Engaging in unethical or illegal promotional activities.
• Misleading promotions or inappropriate content.

Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, loss of revenue, or commissions due to tracking failures, database issues, or other technical problems. We do not guarantee error-free operation of the affiliate program or our website.

Modification of Terms

We may modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must terminate your affiliate account.

Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the affiliate program or breach of these terms.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is based.
